About Me
Living in the country, in a small town gives me the privilege and
opportunity to observe all things in nature God created. It is a Blessing
for me. I love being outside feeling the breeze under the big sky on a late
afternoon when all the fields are tinted in golden sunset light. I was
always crazy about
light since I was a little girl. Now, I paint for my Lord, Christ Jesus.
I don’t like my work to be limited in a few subject matter because I love
all things I pass through my life and they erupt my temptation to paint.
I love painting Joy and light in landscape, seascape, figures, still life,
portrait, beautiful buildings, floral. They are all my subjects and whatever
else catches my eyes will be.
I don’t always try to emphasize on focal point although I would like to
invite my viewers to enter into my paintings and explore its pathway and
direction. I like to do plein air and use photos only for reference. My
satisfaction comes in when I paint from my vision it comes from my memories
or imaginations. This allows me to focus on relationships between all
elements include my emotions
as I want to interpret the joy and celebration of God’s creation.
I would love to share the celebration of life, joy and beauty with my
viewers. I am forever an art student who is pursuing beauty of life through
my art.
